Best car I've owned. Best service I've had. I love my BMW. After 6 years/41k miles, it performs like brand new. The service department is great. My service advisor, Don Pawlik, is amazing. It's great dealing with the same person with each visit. I go twice a year to have them swap between winter wheels/tires and summer wheels/tires, plus whatever maintenance is due. He knows me. Service Had to get my vehicle towed in during the coldest week ever. Thanks to Alex Flinn at Bill Jacobs BMW I was able to get my vehicle up and running and driving safely down the road. The best service and will be back.

2011 X3 running like new I took my car to Bill Jacobs BMW in Naperville, IL. for a repair of my water pump and tie rod. at both times I was working with Don Pawlik, a service advisor at Bill Jacobs BMW. He is very nice and very approachable. He communicates clearly, and reviewed everything to me before they do the work. My wife's car is running smooth again, and I am recommending this dealership.

Bought a BMW and had an excellent service I recently bought a car here. The salesperson, Khalil Guisse, was very friendly and very patient. Overall he did an amazing job and BMW itself were very nice and understanding. I will recommend to buy a car here. Definitely will come back.
