Service repair Had my vehicle towed into Bill Jacobs BMW. It turned out to be a minor repair and Alex Flinn was able to get me in and out in a timely manner. Exceptional service and the cost of repair was not crazy expensive. Thank you again for your service.

Bill Jacobs BMW Mini Naperville I have been a customer of Bill Jacobs in Naperville since 2016. I am now on my second vehicle with them and have been continually surprised by the level of care they take with their customers post sale. My service advisor for my previous vehicle MikeC always took great care of us. And I was a little concerned at first when I purchased the next one and was assigned to a new service advisor JeffH. 10,000 mile service was awesome It was quick and easy to drop car off. Loaner was ready and was out in 10 minutes. Was early for my appointment, but was still attended to immediately.

Great Service and Used car Department I recently purchased a used car from here and ran into an issue. Jeff Hulebus in the service department kept me informed the entire process and made sure the repair was done right.
