Service repair Had my vehicle towed into Bill Jacobs BMW. It turned out to be a minor repair and Alex Flinn was able to get me in and out in a timely manner. Exceptional service and the cost of repair was not crazy expensive. Thank you again for your service.

I am now on my second vehicle with them and have been continually surprised by the level of care they take with their customers post sale. 10,000 mile service was awesome It was quick and easy to drop car off. Loaner was ready and was out in 10 minutes. Was early for my appointment, but was still attended to immediately.
