When I received my bill, the charge was $109 and then there was a $15 charge for "miscellaneous supplies". Total of $125 - that's 25%higher than I was told by service rep.

Each need was stated and explained along with the cost and total. The video provided by the technician confirmed Derrick's explanation and provided a visual look underneath the car, which was something that I found very helpful and enlightening.

This last service, I was pleasantly surprised to get a thank you for my service as a nurse and a discount off the service cost. I picked it up today washed and clean.

He is a definite asset on your sales team. The wait to meet with the office manager to finalize the sale seemed lengthy. It would have been a more positive experience if the sale was finalized quicker.
