Jimmy, sharp & efficient. The COSTCO car buying program directed us, and the team performed excellently. CPO inspection answered and corrected any concerns. The X4 is a good fit for us. One of the best dealer experience. And all this with a team that was personable.

Bmw Northwest always has the best service and sales. I recommend them every chance I get.
BMW Northwest (Fife) went out of their way to charge me $4.25 for returning a courtesy car with allegedly "94%" fuel instead of 99%. How unprofessional, petty, classless, and snide. I made a perfectly good faith effort to return the loaner 320i sedan with full fuel, spending $20 to fill up directly before I returned the vehicle to their custody. People were very responsive ,but charges are ridiculous to run code and put in a twelve volt battery was over $800 before tax. So for oil change, replace battery, and put on new wiper blades was 1400 and some change. Outrageous is all I have to say!!!

Service is excellent. They are timely and efficient and they send you a video detailing the work completed. They also reach out to you promptly to tell you the status of the work and when the car will be available. I highly recommend the service department. The service tech I worked with (Luke) was great.
