Although there is a supply shortage due to covid he was able to assist us in getting what we wanted and with no hassles and back and forth! One of the quickest and easiest transitions I have ever dealt with on purchasing a vehicle. There were no high pressure sales tactics he listened to what we wanted and made it work!!! The only thing was my cars exterior was returned to me with so much dirt on it I had to use the window washer to see through the windshield just to drive home. My bill even stated I got a car wash witch obviously I did not. I’ve never had my car returned to me more dirty than when I dropped it off
