This is a very well run operation. My BMW service Department rep, Daniel MacDonald, is always friendly, professional and helpful. He makes everything as easy as possible for me. Loaners are always ready when I come in and he does everything he can to make the experience a pleasant one. The dealership is always immaculate. It is a pleasure doing business there.
Having owned my beloved Z3 for 13 years (sold to me by the legendary Johnny "Pie" Mackenzie of the Bruins), I cannot say enough about the excellent service and care my Z3 has had over the years. Great Service!!!! Dan MacDonald always gets the job done and keeps you in the loop. he will offer advice that one would never think of. Always receives a loaner vehicle when I drop off my car for service. i dont receive that kind of service with my wife's Toyota!!!!
Dan has been great, I have 3 bmw's and would not think of servicing them anywhere else. Dan has always been responsive to my needs and his first priority is to make sure when he returns the car to me it is in perfect condition. Plus the shop always cleans the car prior to delivery almost to detailed perfection. Always have a clean loaner car ready to go when i drop off at service department.
The employees at the dealership were friendly, helpful and accomodating. The courtesy loaner I received was comfortable and well equipped. The service was completed in the timeframe promised and all issues were explained to me in detail and to my satisfaction. They were great. I would absolutely recommend BMW Gallery of Norwood!

Every time I bring my car in for service, they are ready to wait on me immediately at the time of the service appointment. Dan MacDonald is always a pleasure to work with and clearly communicates ahead of time what the charges will be and the price always falls within the quoted price.
