I bought a used M3 from Harris and he was very professional and fair with the negotiation. I felt very good about my decision to buy there and got a great car and had a great experience. I would recommend Harris to anyone looking for a new or used BMW.
I bought and service my car at BMW Norwood Gallery, gave me great trade in value for my old 4 RUNNER which was still in excellent condition. I always wanted a BMW and will never look back, BMW is the ultimate machine and knowing that you have a great dealer you can trust and rely on to maintain your machine in a modern state of art building. What more can you ask for. Customer service in sales and service is impeccable, keep it up to stay 5.
BMW Gallery in Norwood provided us with excellent service from the minute we walked into ther doors. From the knowledge about their cars to the white hot chocolate from the Keurig Machine, we were very satisfied. We would not go any place else to buy our BMW's. My husband also bought his car there a couple of years ago and he was very happy as well. I love my new BMW X3!
This is my second BMW purchase at this dealership. They have lots of choices and many models to look at. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they make you feel comfortable. No pressure. The prices were very competitive and the service department is well organized and they always have my schedule and my time as a priority. I would definitely say that this is as close to "turnkey" operation as a dealership can get.
Every person I dealt with at this dealership went out of their way to help me. I was impressed with every aspect of the operation, from price to product knowledge. However, what really set this experience apart from the other dealerships I have dealt with was the level of personal service. I drove 6 hours each way to deal with BMW Gallery of Norwood, and I will gladly do so again.
My husband and I worked with Craig and found a great car for us to purchase. He was very pleasant in dealing with us and was always available to answer our many questions. The financing was a smooth process and super easy. I am contrasting Craig's salemanship with a BMW sales person I am currently dealing with in a BMW dealership in Long Island (since BMW Gallery didn't have the specific car we were looking for) and it is a night and day experience. I first became acquainted with BMW Gallery Of Norwood, MA through the internet. Although I had a fairly clear idea of the BMW I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay, I'm happy to report that the internet support I received from Steve Martin went a long way towards establishing my comfort level with the dealership. My husband and I were very pleased with out experience at BMW Gallery. Harris was very courteous showing us cars. We then left to look at other cars nearby and when we returned Harris was happy to take us for test drive. He explained very simply the car while we were driving and was very knowledgeable of the workings of the car. We would recommend him to our friends.
Admittedly, I was not super excited about going though the car buying process, and was skeptical about getting a BMW. The first few dealerships that we visited fell short of our expectations; and, we didn't feel that we were getting good value for our trade.
