I am Deployed in Iraq, found the vehicle I wanted to buy at BMWUSA.com, and got in contact with the dealership. Harris quickly supplied me with all the information I asked for and ensured the vehicle was ready for delivery to a relative. All of this happened via e-mail and a few phone calls. Harris did an excellent job of explaining the differences in model's and equipment. He was very efficient and showed he valued our time. When it came to price/trade in negotiaitons he was very fair and good at explaining the dealers position. I would recomend him to anyone shopping for a BMW.
I had considered looking at a BWM as my new car purchase. I had done my homework as to the model of car & $'s I was willing to spend. Never having driven a BMW I wanted to be sure that it was the type of vehicle I would be happy with. On arriving at the dealership, a salesman was not immediately available. GREAT experience at this dealership. I worked with Steve via email, and he was courteous and willing to negotiate which got me in the door for a test drive. Tom was an exceptional sales person. I appreciated the fact that BMW Gallery and Harris did not give me the "hard sales" routine. They treated me with respect and provided a fair price without going back and forth 20 times. The dealership was an important factor in buying from Gallery. the car sells itself and being an informed customer I had a good idea what the market was for this car. Gallery and Harris were able to price the car fairly which prompted me to buy the car, even though I had not planned to buy until August.
Harris is a soft spoken, no pressure gentleman. Overall the most pleasant experience at a car dealer I've had! There was no pressure, an easy and quick negotiation, and a clear sense Harris and his team would go the extra mile. We had total faith in the preparation of the car and any after are we might need.

I visited the BMW Gallery in Norwood last week to look at Pre-Owned BMWs. I was greeted by friendly Sales people and the Sales manager. My salesman, Harris, was very helpful in having me test drive a car - and eventually finding the perfect car for me. My husband made an offer - and it wasn't long before I owned my first BMW.
