I recently purchased a 2006 BMW 750Li from Gallery BMW and found the experience to be exceptional. Steve Martin was my Sales Associate, and he was very respectful, knowledgeable and straight-forward in his approach. Great personal and friedly service. Very patience and willing to go through a lot of questions and discussion of option to help me find the right car at the right price. I never felt pressured through the whole process and was completely satisfied with the purchase. Took the time needed to make me feel comfortable with the car before I drove off. Very nice facilities too.
I purchased a BMW 135 in December with the help of Harris. He assisted in getting me in this car for the right monthly payment. I found out about 2 weeks later that I was expecting and unfortunately the car I had chosen was not going to be suitable for a child and all of the "gear" that goes with one. I explained my situation to Harris and he was able to get me in a used X5 for a lower monthly payment. Craig exceeded all expectations in every area. He spent a lot of time with me as I decided on which model to buy as well as which stereo to put in it. He went way out of his way to find a car for me that had in it what I wanted.
