Basically, these people are dishonest. I purchased a 2015 certified pre-owned BMW from them. The car was offered for sale at $26,769. I test drove the car went home and sent them an email offering $26000 which was accepted by the salesperson. There was a $750 rebate being offered by BMW USA at the time. When he sent me the first sales summary sheet, it indicated that the rebate was being used to get the price down to $26K. Never ever step into this dealership. They don't care about the customer and they were extremely rude. They are only after your money and you are nothing to them if you aren't buying a vehicle from them. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP

This place is a scam. They sell lemons to public without revealing everything about the vehicle. We bought a 2008 preowned 7 series from this dealership. It was nothing but problems with this car from day 1. It kept asking to add oil to it. We knew that there must be some type of an oil leak. They kept telling us that it's because of the driving my husband does. I have never heard of such an excuse from any dealer for any car. They ignored me for the first half hour that I was waiting patiently in the showroom (despite being slow). After waiting 10 minutes after asking someone for a sales person, I was finally presented with the opportunity to test drive the car. When we started talking price, they demonstrated they could not do math since they only subtracted about $423 when I presented them with the $500 college grad discount printout. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.........Although my initial impression and experience would have warranted a 5 star rating, things changed quickly. Initially I had a great test drive and was in the process of negotiating a fair price for the vehicle. Then it all changed. Total lack of respect for their customer base and future customers. If your a millionaire then be me guest and pay top dollar. If your looking for a good deal on a BMW go elsewhere. Just friendly advice from lifetime BMW owner.

Unfortunately, this company prides itself on horrendous follow through. After paying off a car early, I was owed a refund on GAP insurance which was sold by the dealership. After months of requesting it, I never heard anything. In fact, my emails were blatantly ignored. The GM responded when I reached out, but was quite rude.
