"Terrible service experience. Called to make an..." Terrible service experience. Called to make an appointment for 4 tires and alignment. Told the scheduler that I had a price match quote. She said to bring it along. When I got there, Carlos told me he could not match the prices. Very unethical. If there was a question, the scheduler should have had me talk to Carlos before booking the appointment. They just figured I’d show up and they’d say no and I would have them do the work anyway. "We purchased BMW 5 Series in beginning of June 2020 but..." We purchased BMW 5 Series in beginning of June 2020 but didn't receive the vehicle until over a month later. When we purchased the vehicle, my dealer Adrian promised that they will take care of the registration and delivery on time and I don't have to worry about anything but everything keeps delayed because of Covid. "awful as usual" Another disappointing visit in which I found once again a complete lack of caring about service. Was told 1.5 hours for recall service. When I arrived was told they have to let car cool two hours before even touching. Stupidly and against my better judgement, I asked for price on oil leak and front brake hoses. Was given a $4000 number. That’s it. No breakdown whatsoever as to parts/labor. No listing of part names/numbers. Nothing. As if they really didn’t even look at the problem to diagnose. "X5 misfire and Bank1 too lean codes" Kept my car for 1 week and charged me $500 for diagnostic that didn’t clearly state the root cause. I was told I need to replace the engine for 16k....

"Warranty Issue" Dan Macdonald took care of our 12 year old 328xi on a warranty issue that I could not get the dealer I purchased it from to even call me back after 4 days, He treated my wife & I like we had purchased the car there and we were customers for years even though it was first time we had been there, We hope to someday go back and purchase a new vehicle from them as they know how to take care of a customer.

"Follow through on commitments very poor." Very mixed level of service. Our sales person missed commitments time and again and would blame others. For example the car reg took over a week to complete and numerous follow up calls. While, Our experience with the BMW Genius, Paul was excellent. Paul was very thorough and did a great job explaining the features of the car and customizing to my needs.

"Long service visit" I called and scheduled what I was told would be a one hour oil change that should last no more than one hour and cost around $150.00. I left two and a half hours later with a bill that was over $550.00 Outrageous!!!
