"Not what it once was" Service has been exemplary for over a decade. But, yesterday I was a number expected to know their process. Even the review process is now canned and forced.

"Good work but lack of a call about inspection very upsetting" Scheduled a state inspection and detail job two weeks ago through the website. Arrived for my appointment and was told that the dealership no longer did state inspections. Since the appointment was made at the end of the month, if I had know ahead of time that the dealer could not do the inspection I would have gone somewhere else that day for the inspection, and come back to the dealer for the detailing at a later date. "My first BMW service experience " I was not greeted or welcomed by my “service advisor” in any way shape or form. I sat down and was scolded like a child for being “behind “ Never will return and I informed the advisor of my disappointment. No hello, how are you. It was terrible.

"Never again!" Purchased a brand new 2012 X3 from this dealership. Had mostly all service visits from this dealership. Car had major issues at 60k miles and 69k miles. Dealership tried to strong arm me to buy a new BMW and receive minimal amount for trade in. Would not meet me in person to discuss as promised. Never again this dealer or a BMW.

"The worst" I don't think I've been lied to by a dealer more than BMW Gallery,Norwood,MA.,sales and finance dept. I did end up leasing a new BMW 430ix convertible for my wife for her birthday.I should have walked away,but she really wanted that car. The whole deal was not transparent at all.The salesman,Mohammed,told me what I could by or lease the car for.When it came down to the finance dept it was a totally different price. "Seem too busy to smile" Workers seem over worked to the point where everyone is so busy it does not have a relaxed feeling like other luxury service experiences that I have had.

"Train your receptionist " I came to the appointment on time. Was standing in front of the receptionist like a moron for a long long time and she didn’t even acknowledge me. Rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even bother to look up. Then another customer came and this receptionist looked up immediately and asked how she can help. Please train your staff. This lady is black at the service center. overall, Everyone is nice and helpful except for her. She looks unfriendly and unapproachable

"Poor diagnoses for repair" I will NEVER EVER take my vehicle here again. And here is why. I had an oil leak in my 07 Escalade. I looked underneath the truck over the course of 2 weeks trying to figure out where it was coming from. It appeared to be coming from somewhere near the top of the engine and running down and back, but I could not say for certain. So I decided to take it to the deal to have it looked at. They responded with a $950 oil pan, a $2000 rear main seal and a $1400 valley pan gasket. This was a shocker but ... read more

"Was in showroom for over 45 minutes no one help" I wonder the whole showroom came in contact with 3 different employees not one of them asked me if I need help. One lady coming from office said corporate employees only didn't even bother to ask if I need help.
