My family was shopping for a larger SUV. I spoke to Steve on the phone about a specific SUV on his lot. He was extrememly helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and gave me every opportunity to test drive the car and learn about the vehicle before we made the decision to own it. He never pressured us into the car. We chose it. Paul Baldwin was awesome. Very personable and helpful. I was looking for a 2011 base Clubman but, because of the lack of inventory at almost all of the Mini dealers in the mid-Atlantic, there were no 2011 base Clubmans to be had. Paul and his boss Yong (I hope I spelled that right) were very nice to take a 2010 service loaner out of service and sell it to me. I highly recommend that any one who is looking for a BMW visits Ian and the rest of the team at Richmond BMW. My 2007 BMW broke down on my way to Newport News and I had it towed to Richmond BMW, i was very upset because i was visiting from New York City. Nancy was the most knowledgeable car sales person I have ever encountered. Very professional and super enthusiastic. I would highly recommend her. Frank is the finance manager. He handled my unique situation with professionalism and solid industry knowledge. I came away from this car dealer feeling good about this new car purchase... how often does that happen these days?! My husband and I just bought our 2nd BMW(X3)with Steve as our adviser, and we can't say enough great things about him & our experience. He came in on his day off to test drive cars because my husband's schedule is so unpredictable. He also was very accomodating with our 5-year old twins & their comfort in the show room. I purchased a 2012 X5M, with the help of Steve Lerner from sales. The whole team there (Steve, DJ, Aaron, Tim) did an exceptional job of delivering the vehicle I wanted ahead of schedule, as well as providing me a fair deal on the purchase. I really like new the customer preferred program. This dealership keeps me coming back for more - this is my fourth BMW from them.
