My experience with Richmond BMW located on Broad Street was very pleasant. I previously visited BMW on Midlothian and walked away with a bad taste in my mouth. The sales person was ok but the manager Bob was a little pushy, not forth coming with the truth and did not give us a lot of options to purchase a car. Steve Lerner was very helpful and informative to work with and I enjoyed the experience of purchasing a new car from him and Richmond BMW. He explained in detail all he could to me until my brain wouldn't hold any more information at the moment. If something stumps me, I will contact him and know he will be helpful again.
I was pleased with the service at BMW as soon as I walked through the door. Everyone made sure I was taken care of. I have to say that this was best dealership experience I have had in awhile and a lot of that has to do with Steven Lerner. He really took the time to explain the new BMW selling experience as well as all the details of the BMW model I was looking at. I felt at ease, I did not feel pressured. Whew! Crown MINI staff were extrememly helpful and courtious. THey did not force the issue of a car sale and provided plenty of details about the vehicle and pricing. My experience with the purchase of a vehicle at Richmond BMW was a pleasant one for two reasons; Steve Lerner as my sales advisor and the dealership's no haggle policy. Both Frank and Aaron worked hard to make our experience a pleasant one. Everything about the car was explained in detail, and was easy to understand. Aaron (sales) spent about 1 hour with my husband and I telling us about all the functions. Frank was great in making the financial easy and as painless as possible. They are GREAT!!!!!

I had a great experience buying my new 528I. My salesman (Steven Lerner) was absolutely great.
