Bought MCS-03 at this dealership. After 90,000 miles and relatively bad experience at two other Washington Area MINI Dealerships, I decided to come back to Richmond (well worth the 90 mile trip from Arlington VA) to obtain honest and affordable service on my Cooper-S. I also own 328 BMWxi, and intend to have it serviced here.
Car purchased 2010 BMW 328I.... Steven Lerner is Very helpful with us. he almost spend a full day for purchasing the car and walking through all options in car and he also set me up with Road side assistants and Bluetooth pairing with my phone.. When we purchase the car mats were not there and manuals as well.. he note down those and informing us once in a week about those saying he didn't forget those as soon as he has it he posted them to us.. Steve spent a lot of time explaining the leasing package, but I ultimately decided to repair my car instead of leasing a new one. He was patient, amicable, and knowledgeable. If I decide to lease a car, I will seek him out.

This was my first MINI purchase and the sales team at crown MINI lead by Young the sales manager was amazing! Brought my car in for an oil change and replacement of 2 front tires. Joshua was very helpful and friendly during my check-in. He walked out with me to check my front tires and recommended I also get an alignment after changing out front tires, so they wear evenly. This is my second service visit to Richmond BMW and both times I have been impressed with the services provided.
Mr Brown is an excellent salesperson because he cares about his customers. He wants his customer to be happy with the purchase and is patient and listens to the customers needs. Highly recommend seeing Christian Brown and visiting Richmond BMW
Steve Lerner was extrememly helpful during the purchase of my used Mini. He listed to what I was looking for in a car and found the right one for me. Once the car was selected he spent time with me going over the features and controls - I have never had a sales person do that for me. He even helped me program my bluetooth to voice activate call my husband. Steve was very polite and professional.
