Steve Lerner is so knowledgeable making my experience very pleasant. He stayed focused and was sensitive to my time and needs. I have been working with Richmond BMW for several years now. I love their service department as well. I am always impressed and love that they know my name. I would recommend BMS and working with Steve anytime. A great person who listens.
Patrick my client advisor was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of BMW products. He patiently worked with me to find a vehicle that met my desires without applying an pressure. I would highly recommend this dealership, the only issues I had were with the finance department due to a lack of attention to detail in the loan paperwork I had to make two additional trips to get everything sorted out with the bank and DMV.

Just wanted to follow up on my review. Patrick Elliot followed up on my purchase today to see if I had any questions. I mentioned my multiple trips to sort out financing and he offered to drop an M3 key chain in my home mailbox personally to make up for the trouble. Hard to find that commitment to customer satisfaction these days, they will defiantly be the first place I look for future cars!
Let me first say that I never give a perfect score to anyone. There is always room for improvement, although I think that Steve Lerner is as good as you can get. Buying a car has always been something that I have dreaded but Steve changed that. He is very low key, no high pressure. He is knowledgeable, courteous and fun to work with. I was extremely pleased with this dealership, and especially Steve Lerner. The dealership posted their best price for used vehicles up front and they are practically unbeatable. Steve worked with us to make sure everything was great with the vehicle and that we very satisfied to drive off the lot in it. The information listed on the website is accurate, informative and comprehensive. The next time I look for a used car this will be the first dealership and salesman I look for.
Sales staff was knowledgeable and took their time with us while we were trying to decide exactly which of the mini's we wanted. They thoroughly explained all the features on the new car to us and several of them worked as a team to get our car ready for delivery. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable; however, not overbearing and pushy. After I inquired about a particular vehicle, I was provided a test drive and all the vehicle options were explained. Had been to several dealers in VA but the price and professionalism at Richmond BMW made me come back and make a purchase.
I have dealt with Richmond BMW from the moment I purchased my vehicle there. The customer service and friendliness of the staff is the best compared to any other delearship that I have conducted business with.
