Steve was excellent. He helped my wife confirm her choice of a Mini Cooper. Nancy followed through with excellent instructions and followup. It was a wonderful experience and my wife is in love with her MINI. I think I have some stiff competition. Thanks for all you do!!

Went to the dealership expecting the usual hassle but was introduced to a new culture, our last purchase was an 8 hr ordeal, this was a 2.5 hour enjoyable experience with quality people. Even in the same dealership, they share with BMW, when you enter the Mini side of the building you can actually tell the difference in the way business is conducted. I called and/or texted Steve Lerner numerous times before making the six hour drive to Richmond BMW to purchase my car. Steve Lerner was extremely helpful, patient, kind and very prompt with each return response. My husband and I arrived and were warmly greeted by Steve and several of the other employees. I own a 2003 Z4 which has <30k miles on it. The convertible roof stopped working and I brought it to Richmond BMW for service. They estimated $1500 for the repair, and I told them to go ahead. When I picked up the vehicle, they told me that they covered it since a car with so few miles should not have had this problem. Wow -- what a nice surprise! I worked with Steve Lerner on a recent Satellite Radio activation issue with my 650i purchase of a few months ago. Steve was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to resolve the issue with Sirius right there on the spot via an immediate conference with Sirius Radio staff. My issue was resolved and I was on my way quickly! Thanks Steve!!

Steve was a wonderful salesman. He was able to give a lot of knowledge about the vehicle while paying attention to what we want. He was also not pushy and it created a comfortable environment to look at the cars in. He even agreed to help me surprise my wife on her birthday with a special test drive! I recommend that anyone looking for a pre-owned BMW or Mini specifically ask for Steve so you will receive the best treatment possible!

Steve Learner is outstanding to work with and is on a much different, higher level compared to most car sales people you'll encounter. I found Steve to be very professional. He truly made the car buying experience stress free. I drove up from Virginia Beach, passing two local BMW dealers because Richmond BMW had the best price. Steve was the icing on the cake! Also Steve emailed me a quote with all pricing upfront, which I appreciated. This guy is golden and Richmond BMW is lucky to have such an asset on their team!

Great buying experience, actually was fun. The overall experience was great. Would go back and buy another vehicle from this salesperson again. Steve was very knowledgeable in regards to this vehicle when he showed me all the functions of the interior and exterior of the vehicle.

I just bought my 4th MINI--a 2012 Coupe!--from Crown MINI of Richmond. Anja, who is terrific, sold the car to me, and Young once again helped me through the process, to get the best car for the best price. They really take care of their customers in a professional, straightforward, friendly way. Salespeople with integrity! And Alex, who sold me my third MINI, now handles the financial paperwork so it was a pleasure to work with him in this new capacity. They're the best!
