I looked at cars, including BMW, for almost a year before actually buying. I met Steve Lerner during the early days of my search and reconnected with him as I was making my decision. In both instances, he was just great to deal with - knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. Found a car we were interested in online, and drove to Richmond to test drive, and eventually buy. Steve went out of his way to get us information on the car, and keep in touch without being pushy while we made our decision. When we did decide to buy, he worked to make everything go smoothly with the purchase process.

The overall experience was very favorable. Steve Lerner, the sales adviser, was extremely helpful through the entire process. He was honest, made suggestions for options for the vehicle which were popular and advised against options which might be a waste of money. He made every effort to streamline the purchase process. Steven Lerner from the show room went out of his way to help me out on a service related issue on my year old 3 series. The thing impressed me most was that he had simply helped me from the goodness of his heart, knowing fully that he has nothing to gain off of it! I liked his promptness and wish him all the best!

After six months of searching for a reliable vehicle I found my '08 Nissan Altima 3.5SE at Richmond BMW in excellent condition. I drove all the way from Winston-Salem,NC to Richmond,VA after dealing with salesmen who embodied the typical stereotypes that make people hate to shop for cars. I arrived 10 minutes before the dealership closed but Steve and Alex stayed and made sure my car buying experience was the most pleasent if not the most memorable! Serendipity had me drive by Crown Mini. I am a Mini Cooper S owner who has lived with a little dissapointment since I bought it in 2005, having settled on a color that wasn't my first choice. I thought I'd get over my desire for the orange Mini over the years but never did. When I drove by this week, I saw an orange one on the lot and decided to pull in and look at it. I've just received my second new BMW 5 series from this dealer and want to say I'm impressed with the great customer service. Steve Lerner was my sales person and he was very friendly, enthusiastic, and always there when I needed to communicate with him. I ordered my car for European delivery which required a lot of extra administative work on Steve's part and he did it with competence and a smile. Thanks!

I was impressed with the friendliness and promptness when I stopped in to look at cars. Steve is very knowledgeable and not pushy. I felt he was truly interested in helping me find the right car. Although I did not purchase, I feel very comfortable coming back to do business here.
