My husband surprised me with a new X5 for my birthday and he clearly had spent a lot of time at the dealership working out the details. Ian made sure that we were taken of in every way and that all of our questions were answered. I feel like I can contact him with questions or concerns regarding my vehicle and I feel very welcomed into the Richmond BMW family. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful, and the customer service was wonderful. Thank you for a great experience!

My experience at Crown MINI of Richmond was exceptional! I would, without hesitation, recommend Anja Heyne to my friends and family. Stopped by the dealership without an appointment for setup of the "assist" satellite service in my car. Tim was able to provide immediate help, arranging to have me complete the paperwork through Steve and scheduling the service while I waited. Steve was extremely efficient and informative in processing the papers. I left with all I had hoped to achieve and more, as I was able to have the car inspected and the oil changed at the same time. Great service support. Thanks.

Great experience purchasing my new Mini Countryman. Nancy is a very knowledgeable and attentive sales person who got me exactly what I wanted in my new vehicle. I would definitely refer people to her or any of the colleagues she works with at the dealership.

My previous (and first) car was a hand-me-down, so my experience at Crown Mini was the first time I'd really worked with a dealership. Before I went in, I emailed the dealership with a few questions I had about one of their cars listed and received prompt replies that were professional and informative. Steven came in on a Sunday to spend a couple of hours discussing a vehicle and never once rushed us, the dealership is not even open on a Sunday but he had given us his cell phone and met us at the dealership on his day off. He was knowledgeable, friendly, funny and never made us feel as if he just wanted us out of there. When the time comes to make a final decision on a BMW we will be using Steve as our advisor. Great overall experience and this was my first time purchasing from BMW Richmond. I was an out of state buyer, flew down on a Saturday, the dealership picked me up at the airport and the car (pre-owned) was as described and drove home that day. Very pleasant experience with Adam Herbert - highly recommend. For context, I have bought 8 or so cars over the last 5 years, some local, some out of state and this was my best experience to date while not being there in person.
