Tim Stapler and Manager Austin Dombrowski did an excellent job assisting me with the purchase of my '98 Z3 Roadster. This was an online purchase and they backed up the needed repairs on this Z3 following my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had the most enjoyable experience purchasing my 2012 Mini Coupe JCW. Nancy Tibbetts and Young Choe were extremely helpful taking my preorder for the coupe. They kept me informed of the process and answered all of my questions. They made it extremely easy to trade in my older Mini Cooper S. Everyone was great and helped explain my new car features. I love my car and my next new car will definitely be a Mini as well.

Steve Lerner and the rest of Richmond BMW really delivered for me. They were able to get me the rarest and hardest of all BMW's to get: the 1 series M Coupe (1 of the less than 600 expected in the USA). While it took approximately 5 months to receive my car (BMW's fault not the dealership's fault), Steve kept me updated weekly as the Richmond BMW team worked to secure my allocation for the car. I walked into Crown Mini, not 100% expecting to purchase a vehicle. I ended up getting a brand new MINI Cooper S hard top, because this dealership is wonderful! Not only did they have the car I wanted in stock, but the staff was awesome! Exceptional customer service from the second we stepped onto the dealership property. Warm, friendly, and eager to meet our individual needs. We ordered a car and the team was super, informative and helpful, keeping in contact with us from reservation, production, shipping to planning for swift delivery. Frank, the Financial Services Manager got us a great rate, and added to the exceptional service experiece at Crown.

Steve came in to show us new cars on his day off at 10:00 AM and wound up staying until 7PM or later , only to be back on the job by 9:30 the next AM. Steve is quite knowledgeable when it comes to BMW's. His customer service it very good - he's friendly and his follow thru is great. I'd purchase a car from Steve again ; he made the entire process a joy as did their sales managers and finance crew.

The buying experience was excellent, the sales and service people were the best I have ever worked with in buying and learning about my new car. Roshan Patel is knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and he follows-up to ensure that we are getting the most out of our new car. Overall this was my best car buying experience in the 38 years that I have been buying them.
