I called the dealership to inquire about their internet listings and was interested in a number of their used cars. I was told that they would be open until 7:00pm but that the salesman (Paul) would wait for me since I was driving 6 hours to get there. I purchased a BMW from a friend several weeks ago and was told I needed to go to the dealer to have the BMW Assist info changed over to me. Though I was not buying a new BMW, and despite it being a very busy Saturday morning, Steve Lerner took the time to help me transfer BMW Assist from the previous owner of my car and register me. I gave this dealership top reviews because every question I had from start to finish was answered, and the dealership was very knowledgeable about ALL of their products. Andrew Tatom was extremely friendly and served me well. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

From meeting Anya Heyne (Sales) to finishing up with financing with Frank Sorensen, my entire Mini Cooper buying experience at Crown Mini was exceptional. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon with a lot of customers test driving and buying, negotiating on vehicles. Steve Lerner is an outstanding sales professional. He was incredibly helpful during the process. As I was deciding whether to buy my leased vehicle or purchase or lease a new vehicle, Steve walked me through all of the options and considerations - but ultimatley allowed me to make the decision that was best for me. He was very responsive to any question that I had and clearly put in a great deal of effort on the sale. I would recommend anyone in the market for a BMW go to Steve Lerner at Richmond BMW.

Steve Lerner made the buying process transparent and pleasant. Steve and Dimitri were able to obtain a car I wanted from the factory that was destined for another dealer. They made it possible for me to get a rare diesel X5 quickly, rather than waiting for the 2012 model year to begin production. Steve thoroughly explained the function of all of the myriad of controls and use of the I drive, so when I left the dealership the first night I felt comfortable driving the car home. Having purchased a number of new cars over the years, this was the best experience I've ever had. I was treated with courtesy and respect from the moment I walked in the door. As a woman buyer, this hasn't always been the case. Steve Lerner is top-notch, as was Dimintri and Tim. Literally everyone I dealt with. Steve was straight forward and incredibly thorough. I felt he really had my best interest in mind. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I'd recommend BMW Richmond to anyone.

Truly a good place to buy a car. Everyone there is very nice and extremely helpful. Drew was a very outstanding salesman. I am 20 years old, and used to being "talked down to" as I was looking for a new car, but right from the beginning everyone treated me with respect and would talk to me as I wanted to be talked to. if I knew the service was going to be that good I would not have wasted my time looking anywhere else. Thanks a whole lot I highly recommend going here for business.
