Steve was great. We spent the day looking at and test driving vehicles until we found a great pick. Steve was more than willing to search for the best fit for our budget and driving preferences. My experience with this dealership has been the best I have EVER had at any dealership. It was amazing, enjoyable, and an experience I could repeat again and again. I have been in dealerships with my in-laws, parents, children to help them through would is normally an exhausting process and always seems to leave you feeling a little dirty if not down right depressed. Great and friendly service! I received a phone call when my vehicle was ready; which was well before the time it was promised. My car was beautifully cleaned. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Hi highly rate this BMW service center above all others in the area!

Not only is my 'new' 2007 BMW 328i convertible hard top a great find, but working with the Richmond BMW recently, brought back 'service' to the car experience. I must admit I contacted them because of the ratings on this web site, but they came through! From my conversations with Steven Lerner in Sales to the Service department and Tim in financing(main.& warranty) they all made me feel welcome and appreciated as a new BMW owner. By far the best car buying experience we've ever had! While it took a bit longer than we expected, we should have known their excellent service would have everyone in town buying from them. Paul is exceptionally knowledgeable and easy to work with. We drove up from Virginia Beach, and he went out of his way to be accommodating. Not only did we get a great vehicle, but they gave us a phenomenal deal on our trade-in. We highly recommend them!

I was on a MAJOR time constraint (45 mins) and I had credit issues. Steve worked with me endlessly on the financing, walked us through everything, and really took the initiative to make sure we were very happy. He was super accomodating, and made sure we were in and out on time. no surprises, no funny business with the price or financing. No irritating sales tactics or pushiness. PERFECTION

The only criticism we have on our experience is that paperwork got lost a few times and we had to redo all the financial documents. A copy of our licenses had to be made 3 times; the approval letter from our credit union was misplaced. Other than that, Rick did a great job. He was friendly, helpful, patient and did not harrass or push us into making a purchase. He followed our lead.

What a great experience! We owned a variety of other cars (BMW, Lexus, Acura …) but from the beginning to the end, the buying experience offered by Steve Learner and the Richmond BMW dealership is the best one I ever had.
