Initially, my wife and I had not intended to buy a BMW. However, the pricing program and the fairness of the trade-in process made the difference. The staff, inclusive of all the above personel named, was attentive and professional in their approach. The entire process was fairly painless and the outcome exceeded our expectations. Would have no problem having our sons, or friends, purchase a vehicle at this dealership.

I ordered my BMW 335i Coupe through Military/Diplomatic Sales in the U.K., and the Richmond BMW dealership was the closest available delivery point. Loved the honesty and openness of the sales dept. It was nasty and cold outside so the cars were brought in for us to inspect. Also we were not planning to Buy a car on that day so my car had all my 3 year olds stuff inside, sippy cup, toys, crayons, books allot of junk. This is a wonderful dealership! All of the people are friendly. They take time with you to look at all options. My buying experiance was 100% positive!!
