Steve was absolutely great to work with and made the car buying experience painless. If your looking for a BMW and want to work with someone that is real, patient, and knowledgable I would recommend him in a heartbeat. This was my 5th BMW and there will be many more I'm sure, but what I learned from him that I had not in the past wasn't even comparable. Actually took the time to set up and explain functions in the car I didnt even know it had. Make your car buying experience a good one and ask for him.

I was shopping for a BMW 3-series for over a year. Steve Lerner spent a lot of time with me in my search for the right used car. My husband found a vehicle online and sent an email to Richmond BMW. Steve Lerner got back with my husband promptly and we went to see the car. It was exactly what we needed. We would definitely recommend Richmond BMW. It was a good overall experience.
When I contacted Steve via the internet, they no longer had the car i was interested in. Steve worked with me to find another used car for my wife. He found the perfect car for her in NC and had it transferred to Richmond no charge. After we took the car home, I noticed the passenger vanity mirror had a light out. Steve arranged to have the vanity light fixed for us. Steve went the extra mile and my wife was happy with the purchase. We also left with a great xmas gift from steve!
