I've purchased two new Minis from Paul so far and his service is the best of any salesperson I've ever worked with. He is unassuming, friendly, up front, personable, knowledgeable and straightforward. He also works hard for his customers, as evidenced not only by my own interaction with him but what I saw at the dealership when things got hectic. His willingness to use the technology (that is, the internet) makes the customer's experience a whole lot easier.

Tre greeted me with kindness and addressed all my questions thoroughly. He ensured that my car's maintenance service needs were managed in a timely manner. Steve Lerner from the Sales Department was personable, approachable, and generous with his time. He provided me with excellent information! Excellent purchase experience. Steve was very helpful in answering my questions, and was upfront concerning all aspects of the transaction. I would highly recommend this dealership and Steve to anyone. Frank in the finance office was also very friendly and helpful and did not try to push unwanted extras at all.

We bought a 2011 535i from Steve today and had a very positive experience. He was very professional, informative, and genuine. He explained the details of the car we were interested in as well as a few others and was very knowledgeable. At no time did we feel pressured or uncomfortable and he was very considerate of our time schedule. Once we decided to purchase the car, Dimitri and Frank were just as friendly and helpful.
