My buying experience through Crown Mini was absolutely flawless and an all around enjoyable experience. This being my first new car purchase I fully expected to meet overly aggressive salespeople with devious sale tactics leading me to purchase a car that I might not really want. Richmond BMW treats my family really well. When I have a minor problem all I have to do is to drive up and tell them what's wrong and usualy it gets fixed right then and there. I've never needed major service. Once, my daughter's (well, it's really mine) 325i developed some clutch judder. I called the service advisor and explained the problem. Complete liars and they pulled a complete bait and switch from when I got a written quote through email to when I was in the dealership the very next day with absolutely nothing having changed. They had the vin# and accurate info including odometer reading. They’re just not honest. Will never go back.

"Ask for Steve Lerner" Steve is the person you want to deal with at Richmond BMW. I wasn't even his customer and he recognized the new sales person was in over his head. I was receiving delivery of my new car and Steve assumed command of the situation and answered all of my questions and set me up while also using it as a teaching moment for the new guy. I leased a 400 series BMW convertible last September. I was told I would receive a year's complementary satellite radio service as part of the least. Three months into the lease I was contacted by the satellite radio's representative and was told I only had a three month complementary service and would have to start paying for the service. I refused to continue the service and hadn't had satellite radio since that time. I had made several attempts on my own and via BMW representatives to resolve this issue. Very disappointed... I recently purchase a used BMW from Crown BMW of Richmond in December 2016. Made one car payment in January 2017, drove the car 400 miles and it has major mechanical issues. The service representative at Crown BMW of Richmond told me the car is leaking oil from the top and the bottom of the engine and the transmission is also leaking... "wow". I have a 6 year old BMW335i, with 50,000 miles on it. The 'service engine soon' light came on, so I called and made an appointment! I waited 2 hours to find out it was a loose gas cap - cost $135.00 When asked why my gas cap light didn't come on - they didn't know! I was to,d maybe I should buy a new gas cap! No - it's time to sell that car and never walk into West Broad BMW!
