I had been looking for an M5 for a long time, and my hometown dealer wanted sticker for the car. I wanted a car with a manual stick shift and every available option. The hometown dealer said that there were not any new cars like that in the country. They also said that the model with a stick would have a lower resale value than the SMG model. I had been looking for a great car in the past year but once i walked in and met Adam, i knew he was going to be a great help and i soon find myself taking the car of the lot. He is a very intelligent young man that loves what he does. He ready at every minute to answer any question i had about the car. I did not feel the pressure from Adam of buying a car. As a 1st time buyer of a BMW I must say I was quite impressed with the overall experience with Richmond BMW. The customer service, quality and friendliness was just superb. DJ, the internet sales rep, had a great deal posted on an enthusiast forum. Got in touch with him, and making the deal worked great. DJ was a real pro -- a pleasure to deal with, and the deal was fantastic. Drove 100 miles since the price was that much better than I found in the DC area. Got there, and the deal was as discussed, no fuss, no hassle.

This is only the 2nd new car I have purchased, usually it has been used. From the beginning of test driving different vehicles to the actual ordering of the new car this was a very pleasant experience. The delivery was very informative and useful. I was shown many features that helped understand the auto more. I thought I was familiar with the car but they showed me many features that I was unaware of.

My family has purchased 5 vehicles from this dealer/DJ and we're getting ready to purchase our 6th. DJ and the rest of the sales staff have always treated us with great courtesy and respect. They have always kept our needs and concerns as their main focus to ensure it was more than just a sale but a partnership. Our experience with the service department has been the same.
