Steve did an amazing job working with me and getting me back into a BMW. His personality made buying a new car a lot of fun. He knows the product well and found the answer to any questions that I had. First I owe him apology because I purchased a new BMW 528i from the dealership south of the river in 2009 after talking with Steve first. This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had when buying a car!!! Even though I was purchasing a Jeep and not a BMW, they still treated me like a quality customer. From the minute AJ walked up to my friend and I in the parking lot, until I signed all the documents with Tim...everyone was pleasant and respectful and wanted nothing more than to make sure I walked out of that door a happy customer! I live in Virginia Beach and found a SUV I was interested in at Richmond BMW online. I contacted the dealership using their website and showed interest the vehicle. Steve Lerner checked into things and answered all my questions. I was able to come to a sales agreement with Steve with just a few emails and phone conversations. Steve was the best salesman we've ever dealt with. I couldn't believe the time he took in making sure we were making the best decision and once we made that decision, he made sure we knew everything there was to know about the car. He set up the phone and made sure everything was in complete working order. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Crown Mini of Richmond. The service department staff is friendly, efficient and extremely accommodating. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. Paul was extremely straightforward, and was not high-pressure at all. He understood where I wanted to be, and understood when I couldn't make certain concessions. He did everything he could to accommodate my deal, and we came to an agreement relatively quickly. He went the extra mile on several fronts, and made it a wonderful buying experience. We love our MINI!
