The experience was great, it started very easy with little waiting time. Steve took his time to show me the car and all the specifics. He paid attention to what I wanted and worked to get it for me.

I found myself at Crown Mini after searching the web looking for an Infinti. I found their ad on AutoTrader and sent them an email. Two minutes later I recieved a phone call, so the next morning I met with Josh Ross at the dealership. Steve Lerner did a great job finding the right used car for us. We gave Steve a few things that we were looking for. He kept in touch for several weeks and notified us immediately when the right car was available. The deal was great. He was very good in explaining all the features of the new car to my daughter.

Steve did a great job helping me purchase my BMW. Steve went out of his way and spent a lot of his own time to make sure I was satisfied with my experience and that the stress of buying a car was completely eliminated. When I was ready to make my purchase, I was welcomed with vehicle history reports, maintenance records, and everything else that could possibly help make my purchase experience as great as it was.
