I absolutely recommend Steve and this dealership to anyone looking to make a purchase. Steve has an energy and enthusiasm that I am not sure anyone else can match. I called ahead to make sure a CPO vehicle in which I was interested was still available, and when I arrived at the dealership, Steve had already pulled the Carfax and maintenance records, and knew what I was there to see. Bottom line up front, if you cant make a deal with Crown Mini, its probably your fault! these people are fantastic! from sales to the manager, the finance dept to parts dept.. everyone i saw working there all seem to have a lot of pride in working there. I needed a car and wanted a mini. i had been looking for weeks to find the perfect one, and i did at Crown Mini in Richmond. i drove over an hour to get there, and they even bought me a tank of gas just to show up, even if i didn't make a deal on a car, i at least didn't was... read more

Thank you Steve Lerner for making the extra effort to help a customer. Steve was kind enough to pick up my 328i at my house and drive it in for repairs needed, kept me informed of completion and delivered it back to my home.

Richard Burwell, in Service, assisted me with an onboard Vehicle Status issue that needed attention on a busy Friday afternoon 9/11/2015. Basically needed some coolant fluid topped off. THANK YOU GUYS so much and I hope Richard will get recognized for this gesture as THAT's what makes customers return to want to buy another car. From the time Angie greeted me as I drove up until she noticed I was missing an antenna and made sure I left with one, my service experience was first rate. She was diligent about identifying all the needed service items, even down to the wiper blade replacement. Her estimate of the time was right on the mark and she updated me as I waited (and comfortably worked using their guest wireless). Angie is professional, service oriented, and highly competent. An outstanding service experience!

Timely, courteous, professional and efficient. The problem was immediately diagnosed, the parts ordered and installed. The tire was unusual, 650 Grand Coup low profile and run flat so I was immediately provided with a courtesy car.

Brought car in the inspection. Richard Burwell greeted me with a smile. He inspected the outside of the car and pointed out important notes to keep in mind. Gave me pointers to upkeep my car. Also got the manager to honor a $50 coupon that was from the Midlothian dealership. Checked on me during the service visit. Very pleasant experience

I was considering buying a new car but had never driven a BMW. Steve Lerner at Richmond BMW made my experience with the BMW brand an outstanding experience. He was knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. He wanted me to make the decision about owning a BMW. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the showroom staff and service department.
