Steve is an excellent teacher; patient, knowledgable, good people skills, positive smile and personable. Obviously knows how to transform the car buying business into a profession and how to bring his other team mates and managers into the process. Everyone went out of their way to say hello, welcome and introduced themselves. This applied to the sales manager, salesman, service manager, business manager and even the sales trainee. In our particular situation a number of informative phone calls came from the salesman to keep us updated on the BMW that we were interested in.

My son purchased his first car and I had him work with Steve Lerner. Steve went above and beyond making the decision process easy. I have worked with Steve on other BMW's that I have purchased and I recommend everyone to ask for him directly. I also cannot say enough about the professionalism of the staff.
