I had been looking to buy a new vehicle from a different manufacturer but had not enjoyed my experience at a couple of different dealerships. Steve Lerner paid close attention to our needs in a new car. He explained the features on the X5 and took us on a test drive, showing us how to use these features. No high pressure sales tactics. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

My husband and I came in to look at a specific car and Yousaf was extremely helpful. We never felt pressured to spend outside of our means. Yousaf went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs and even wants were met. I would recommend this dealership and Yousaf specifically to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

My husband and I were "car shopping" after closing. We noticed someone (Steve Lerner) still inside working. We walked in and noticed he was with a customer and didn't want to bother him. We bought our X5 diesel recently at the Richmond BMW. Our sales executive, Mr. Yousaf Omaid was outstanding throughout the whole process. Initially, he called and tried to personally understand the specifics of the car we were looking for, and within 3 days, he called again, delivering exactly what we needed!
