Steve Lerner made buying my new X1 a great experience. He is very knowledgeable about the electronics and took a tremendous amount of time to show me all the features & benefits of the vehicle and just made the process go as quickly and smoothly as possible.

I have owned an X5 for several years and have been taking it to Richmond BMW on West Broad for service. Dennis Morgan is my go-to guy. I've trusted him for years to take good care of my BMW. He is knowledgeable and personable and makes me feel at ease with the work that needs to be done to my car, whether it's something that needs to be repaired or preventive maintenance. I am a single woman and it's great to have a car guy I can trust!
My husband and I were traveling back to Ct from South Carolina and our convertible top would not lock into place. Using the GPS we searched the nearest dealer and called to see if they could help us. The service consultant told us to come in and they would take a look at it. He greeted us in the service area and got us back on the road in under an hour! Great service and wonderful staff. Also a big thanks to the person who worked on the car, wish I had gotten his name. Thank you again.
I have owned 2 cars from Richmond BMW and have always excellent service. The service department has gotten everything taken care of for me quickly and done a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. Dawson McKenzie is the best to deal with.
