On June 29, on a trip from Boston to Richmond, my wife and I had the pleasure of stoping at Richmond BMW for a tire repair. Our first contact was over the phone with Service Advisor, Richard Burwell. We were lost in Richmond and could not find the dealership and Mr. Burwell patiently gave us turn-by-turn directions over the phone, to get us safely to the dealership. We do not have BMW navigation. I drive from Charlottesville, Va. I have always had the greatest service and personal care from Richmond Crown BMW/Mini. I don't feel the same about our local office.
I've been to several dealerships and this one, and in particular - Scott Hornbeck, are far superior to any other dealership. They go above and beyond to ensure your complete satisfaction. Work is always perfect and my car is spotless. It is also ready when they say it will be. Scott is amazing and I will continue to use him exclusively. Many businesses can learn a lot from this dealership.
These guys consistently do a great job. Friendly non commission based staff always ready to help and not pushy. Everyone I have dealt with from sales to finance and service has been this way.

These guys continue to amaze and please our family with their daily efforts to go out of their way to ensure we are pleased with the service we are provided, the repair status to an honest fault and to ensure we were kept abreast of repair status and timelines. Dealing with these guys, this is the norm, needless to say, this is not the norm anywhere else.

I have been dealing with Richmond BMW for better than 15 years. They have always gone above and beyond my expectations to satisfy me. Dennis Morgan in the service department is second to none. He has taken excellent care of me and always keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle.
