I have been interested in MINI for several years and was due to obtain and new car. However, I do not live close to a dealership and Richmond is almost 2 hours away. I spoke with Rebecca Kunz and three days later I was in my new Countryman without any hassle and any travel! Fantastic service. I still cannot believe that I have the car, the features, and the price I wanted without ever leaving my town! Rebecca Kunz rocks! I can't wait to take a road trip to Richmond and thank her in person!

Without question, my best experience with an auto dealer. Steve Lerner made the whole thing easy, hassle free, efficient, and fair. They set a great price from the outset, charged me minimal additional fees to get the deal done, and didn't try and push a bunch of extras I didn't need or want. Steve made buying a great car just like it should be - no more complicated than buying a sandwich. If you see something you like at this place, call him. I promise, you won't regret it.
Steve Lerner is a great sales person! Also really like Dennis Morgan in service. Steve is knowledgeable and very professional. Follows up and runs every detail down.
