This was my first time buying a vehicle and Travis made everything very easy to understand. Travis all around is a great guy. He was a very hard worker and put up with all my questions. BMW is lucky to have him as an employee, and he deserves at least 10 raises.
I came in with my mom to sell her BMW. Travis made the deal easier for her and he was so friendly. He showed me the X5 and although I am not able to buy a car from BMW at the moment, Travis will be person I request to work with in the future!
I came in Saturday week ago to get an appraisal to sell my BMW car to Richmond BMW. Travis made the experience very easy and showed me quite a few Application tools used by BMW. He also showed me the new 4 series -- beautiful car! I sold my original to them and will go back to Travis when ready to purchase new vehicle.

I stopped in the Richmond BMW dealership on my way through town on business. I have been looking for an X5 with specific features and thought I would give them a try.
