I recently purchased a used vehicle from Richmond BMW. The car was priced well below book value. The entire process took 2 hours max! I would definitely use this dealership again.
Associate was very knowledgeable on the product, extremely courteous, dedicated to good service and customer satisfaction and spent hours explaining the systems. He knows financing, delivery, technical BMW data and customer satisfaction.

We drove over two hours to this dealership because they had the car we were looking for. Easy to do business with. Dealership very clean and accommodating to their clients. I would highly recommend them and their staff.
I bought my first Mini Cooper from Richmond BMW/Crown Mini ten years ago. When the time came to buy a newer model I went to their website to see what they had available. We just leased our second BMW and am already loving our decision! Richmond BMW and Steve were a great resource in helping us choose our 2nd BMW. The entire process was handled very professionally and quickly. Steve even came to our home to go over the particulars of how to operate our 428i convertible.
