I was in the market for a 2015 X35i. Steve and I talked about what I was looking for and he agreed. When it came down to putting together the vehicle that would be perfect just for me, his help was invaluable to ensure that I would be happy with the end result. Palmer was terrific! He listened to my requests and did his very best to find the vehicle for which I was looking. He checked in on a regular basis, but wasn't pushy. Unfortunately, we found something at another dealership that suited our needs better, but I would work with Palmer again in a heartbeat.
Best Car Dealership experience we have ever had! We are out of state in NC and had to make a decision sight unseen and figure everything out to a "T" before we made the trek to VA. This has been by far the best experience I've received. Travis was able to get the exact car I wanted and I was able to drive it out the same day. The process was quick and painless. I was in and out within like 2hrs. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for some outstanding quality service.
