This was our first trip to Crown Mini and actually our first service appointment on our new Mini and the people just couldn't be nicer! The gentleman that helped us was Rick Nelson and he was hands down the nicest guy I've ever come across in a service department! Steven was very helpful through the process. My previous vehicle was a 2005 X3 which gave me some problems. Richmond BMW purchased the X3 and gave me a better price than I was offered anywhere else. Including Car Max. After considerable discussion with my wife I purchased a car for myself. A 2015 228xi. I took 3 months from order entry to delivery but I am very pleased. I went to another mini dealership first, had bought my first mini cooper hard top with them 3years prior. They did not want to work a deal I was pleased with so I contacted Crown in Richmond, Va. The phone call started off pleasant and they wanted my business. The saleswoman understood I was several hours drive away and was traveling with my elderly mother. i give this dealer a superb rating. Our salesman (Steven Lerner) was technically knowledgeable. He planned an excellent test drive that demonstrated numerous features of the X5 and varying road conditions. He presented and orderly experience to us despite the ongoing construction at the dealership. Steve Lerner made the process so easy. I had a car I purchased from Richmond BMW four years ago and they had a vehicle I was interested in. Richmond BMW/MINI is truly a joy to visit for sales/service. I am on my 4th vehicle (2BMWs/2MINIs) and I doubt I ever go anywhere else. We felt like we were in Disneyworld in regards to the customer satisfaction we encountered. Rebecca and Dan were engaged, funny and informative while not being overbearing. They truly wanted to make the buying of a Mini, an enjoyable experience.
