I went to Richmond BMW on 2 different occasions and was originally greeted by Travis Woods and also on my second visit. Travis was very professional and at the same time casual and listened to your wants and needs to try and place you in exactly what you were looking for. Travis also introduced me to a few other individuals there and they were all very pleasant to associate with. I would highly suggest to anyone to talk with Travis and you will be extremely satisfied.

I would highly recommend Richmond BMW for excellent service, very talented staff and happy atmosphere. (everyone seemed to be in such good a mood...smile everywhere) This was one of the best visits at Richmond BMW. My Service Representative, Mike (Rick), was very informative and really knowledgeable on what it took to keep my 2014 BMW X1 running efficiently, my thanks to him. We recently purchased a used car at this dealership. It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Our salesman was Steve Lerner and he was very helpful throughout and very nice to talk to in general. Everyone seemed very friendly. After we purchased the car Steve filled the car with gas and put air in the tires. This is a no haggle price dealership similar to Carmax and the price of our car was within the KBB recommended price. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman.

My daughter just purchased her first BMW and Steve Lerner spent quality time with her showing her all the available functions and their uses. !!Great service!! Travis Woods was very helpful and got me exactly what I was looking for and in my budget.Unlike other dealerships they didn't forget me after I drove off the lot. Travis kept on checking on my car frequently and made sure everything is going well with my car. If I have any questions on the car, all I have to do is call him and everything is taken care of. If you are looking for a new car I would defiantly recommend going to Richmond BMW. Travis sold me my 2013 Honda Civic and its everything I wanted. It was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership, everyone that works there is so friendly and nice and they don't bombard you as soon as drive on the lot, which is amazing. I would defiantly recommend you go see them if you are in the market for a new car!!
