I'm a very difficult buyer for most car dealers. I work in sales and so I have very little patience for the usual dealership tactics. I do my research, set very firm limits for pricing and options and usually watch the market for four to six months before making a purchase so that, when a good deal pops up, I know what it looks like. I stopped by Crown MINI on a whim several weeks ago and was so impressed with the sales staff that when I was finally ready to purchase I went right back to them. Zero pressure, very helpful - I was very pleased.
Everything went very well with no surprises. Steve Lerner and Josh Alford did a great job with explaining everything. We never felt pressured. All of the options were presented and we had ample time to make discuss everything and make decisions.
I purchased a car from Richmond BMW and was very pleased by how great the team there is. I worked primarily with Steve Lerner but everyone from the General Manager to the Service Manager were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in either purchasing a BMW or who is looking for dealership at which to service their car.

Too often we hear stories of car dealers who cut corners and fail to stand behind their commitments. Nothing could be further from the truth at Crown BMW/MINI. It was time to buy my 2nd BMW and I had been looking online for months. I finally gave-in and visited Richmond BMW in person and felt truly lucky to meet salesperson, Steven Lerner. Steven is great to work with, he is very knowledgeable, he does not put any pressure on the buyer. He sincerely wants to make sure the buyer is happy and will do anything he can to deliver a great experience.
I have purchased and serviced seven BMWs at four dealerships over the past thirty years and my experience buying a car at Richmond BMW was my most successful and enjoyable. Anton was a super client advisor! He was so patient and accommodating from day one. During the process I was sure he was going to give up on me. Just when we had a deal, the sales staff notified me that the agreed upon car wasn't right for me and why. In the end Anton found me my car!!! It was the first car he put me in 10 days earlier; he was spot on! Best advisor EVER! :)
