Like anyone looking for a new car, our first thought is to shop around. Hopefully the process is easy, and in the case of a trade in, you hope to be offered enough where you can pay off your existing loan and have enough to take a chunk out of your loan amount. I ordered our 2015 335i back in December because I wanted something very specific. We picked it up on Monday, February 23rd. Rebecca was my salesperson and she was great. I have worked with Steven Lerner twice now. Most recently, he worked with me in December 2014 for the purchase of a used 3 series. I was purchasing from out of town, and he was readily available over email as well as phone. Great people. The dealership sales floor is cluttered with power cords along walls, not so clean, but bustling with activity. I have visited the BMW factory and the factory floor is cleaner than the dealership sales floor.
Went in for info on a 3 and 5 series, was greeted promptly at the door by Kirk. Kirk looked up my info and identified that I had made an online inquiry for info and handed me off to Steven Lerner who had my contact info. Steven was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. He was patient and thorough throughout my 2 hour + visit.
