I've been shopping for a E46 M3 for some time now and finally found one at Richmond BMW/Mini. The car was not ready for resale due to it being a trade in, but they allow me to review the car and explain everything they was going to need service prior to the purchase. This was not my 1st purchased at Richmond BMW, their customer service is the reason for my returning on top of having the vehicle I am searching for. People are really friendly there. Steve and Charles were very efficient in helping me understand the car and process the payment. Steve was very patient during my calls and visits. Charles also gave me many financial options and recommendations. E.T. was doing the transportation job for me, and he was a very interesting guy if you have a chance to talk to him! The whole experience was good in there, though at first there was a little communication problem, but the people there acted quickly in solving it.

From the day I purchased my first BMW (328) in 2009, I have received nothing less than exceptional customer service. The sales and finance staff took our latest request and worked wonders. I have no reason to consider another dealership. Thanks to our entire team over the years!

I recently purchased a 528i as a Christmas gift for my wife. This was the second vehicle I purchesed from Richmond BMW and can honestly say they are always a pleasure to deal with. Steve Lerner was our saleman for both transactions. He makes the buying experiance fun and really goes the extra mile. Not only did Steve take the time to help me with choosing the vehicle, he's spent over an hour with my wife after we purchased the car to show her all of the features. I always service my car at Richmond BMW. The customer service is awesome. The service team always can help you figure out what exactly you need and are extremely pleasant. Mike got me in and out in the morning with a loaner in a matter of minutes. When I got my car back , I thought I would miss the beautiful loaner they let me use, but my car looked so great and was cleaned (for free ) I was so pleased to get back in it. Will always do business here !

Rebecca gave me very good information and advice for my decision as to whether I would repeat owning another BMW X5. She followed up well while patiently respecting my multi-week decision making process and interest in comparing other auto makers. I would certainly recommend her, the BMW brand and this dealership. I shopped around for 3 months. The worst part was dealing with the sales people. However, Steve Lerner was very sincere. When I arrived tired from my long drive, I was so delighted to see that Steve had everything printed and waiting for me with my name already on the documents. He made car buying so easy. He wrote the book on car buying made easy!

I recently relocated to Richmond from Ohio. My 2011 X3 needed service, so I searched the BMW website to find the nearest dealer. Upon my first visit I met Eddie Dunn. Eddie is great to work with! He was accomodating, thorough, informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. A great service partner! The very same can be said about Rocky the evening Service Writer and Richard - an amazing technician!
