Great service and information on automobile. I could not be happier with the preparation of the car before delivery. The interaction with Steve Lerner, his manager and the finance manager were fantastic. I have bought 9 cars in the last 10 years and this was by far the best experience. Pricing was super fair and in line with NADA guidelines. The trade in was also very good dollar value. I will return to buy from them.

My car had just blown a head gasket and I haven't purchased a car in over 10 years. I just didn't want to go to any dealership and have some salesman meet me outside to sell me a car. I drove from out of town to Richmond to look for a good, reliable car. I had done my research before, and had found a BMW 545 xi that was priced very fair. Steve Lerner helped us throughout the entire process. He was extremely friendly, and honest when it came to finding a car. When we found the car we wanted, he walked me through and explained every single function of the vehicle. Made it easy for me, and will definitely deal with him again.

I purchased a used 2011 Honda Fit today from Richmond BMW; this was my very first car buying experience.
