Anton did an excellent job of explaining all the features of the car. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions without any hesitation. He really sold the car. He was excited about his product and his excitement was contagious! We love our car, BMW 328i convertible. Dan was also very good to work with. He was well versed on all finance options and explained them thoroughly. Our only complaint is the process takes too long.
My wife has bought 3 Mini Coopers from Crown Mini and we have always been impressed with the sales team. Not only do they work with you to make the sale but they are still as responsive after the sale. My sales rep, D.J. Recently I was shopping for a new car for my wife. I took a long hard look at the consumer report reviews, and had made my mind up that I would be probably be buying a Lexus ISC350. Fantastic car buying experience. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We drove 3 hours from Roanoke, VA to buy this car. We received a call the day of our appointment confirming our time. Upon arrival Anton was ready for us, making the entire process seamless and very easy. Before we drove off the lot we were shown the ins and outs of our new car. I would recommend this dealership and the staff to anyone interested in buying a BMW.
