Dee was absolutely amazing, extremely helpful. I test drove the car, Dee explained each and evrything fabulously. I couldnt be more happier with my purchase and the whole experience. Anything i needed Dee was available the whole time, even after the purchase i called and he told me everything i needed to know. He is a grest asset to your company!

I shook hands with a few people around the dealership, but I don't remember any of their names. However, Dee was amazing. I test drove the car one day. I called a couple days later and Dee got the car ready to go, my wife and I were in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half, signed, sealed and delivered. The car was detailed very nicely. I was impressed with the whole process. But most importantly, Dee was a superstar and provided top-notch customer service. A definite asset to Richmond BMW!! Strong work Dee!

All of the associates I conducted business with aimed to please and I felt their honesty and integrity during the transaction. I am a very skeptical person so I often question the sincerity of others and by the end of my purchase I felt I had made a wise decision by choosing to do business at Richmond BMW. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a BMW whether it be new or used. There are quite a few perks and additional coverage options that are a win-win for the customer.

What impressed me most about our experience in buying a used car was when we expressed concerns about the potential need for a new timing belt given the mileage, the response was to acknowledge our concerns and to immediately start a process of contacting the previous owner and mechanic to verify if the belt had already been replaced. The usual response by sales people at other sites is to tell me that I'm mistaken, not to try to make it right. A great experience.

Bought a 335d from dealership in what turned out to be a flawless experience. Hard to believe but no pressure means no pressure here. Would and will travel miles to use this dealership again. Both De and Steve make the car buying experience a pleasure! Cheers guys!

The guy was very helpful and accommodating. He even allowed us to remove my after market stereo and subwoofer after the trade. He also scheduled a detailing after two days.
