I stop bye on Sunday just to look around , and the first surprise was they are open , and then the Anton $ dmitriy start helping me to find and make my dream comes true , he found my car at other location , and they got my new car within 30 mins , wow , and when they got me ready for Tim he was just awesome , it was late already but he was a huge help as well , they got my trust .

I am young and new to the whole car buying experience and even purchased a vehicle from Richmond over the phone and mail since I was in Colorado. DeAngelo was awesome! He was very patient and timely on paperwork. If I had a question I could call him or even text him at anytime. He walked me through terminology on the paperwork if I didn't understand it and made my car buying experience so relaxed and stress free. The staff at Richmond BMW went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive. The environment was very warm and inviting. Liz Denby is one of the best sales people I've ever worked with, and this is from someone who has been looking for a new car for over 2 years! She made the buying experience, from the initial introduction at the dealership to completion of the purchase order a fantastic experience. Liz's strong knowledge of the products BMW offers coupled with her no pressure attitude made this car purchase fantastic. Jack was fantastic. He was very helpful not only with completing the sale but with anything else that may have been needed. He gave me his cell phone number and asked that I call if I needed anything. When I did mention a problem, he took care of it immediately. Once the pricing was finalized, Joey did a great job of getting us in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. My sales person, Steve Lerner was outstanding. The best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Outstanding customer service. Very pleasant, never tried to push me into purchasing my vehicle. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE . Everything was explained to me about the vehicle that I purchased. I observed GREAT TEAM WORK from his coworkers. My vehicle arrived to me on time as promised. I will recommend Mr. Lerner to family and friends, HE IS AWESOME.

DeAngelo and his colleagues at Crown Mini Richmond were professional. Even though my vehicle didn't arrive in time, they gave me a brand new loaner car to use until mine arrives. They also helped me get suitable financing even though I'm new to the country with no credit history. I recommend dealing with Crown Mini.

Anton Kulay, the sales representative, had a detailed knowledge of the product line and a low pressure approach to the sales process. I recommend him without reservation. The rest of the dealer team was equally helpful and professional. The dealership is immaculate and welcoming.
