Steve and Josh were great throughout the process. Friendly, informative, and not pushy in the slightest. These guys defy the typical salesman/finance manager stereotype. Can't wait to pick up the new ride at the performance delivery center!

Liz and Steve listened to my requirements and worked over a period of two months to find the correct car for my particular driving needs. They were both a pleasure to work with for the entire sales process. Steve and Liz followed up on every detail, every promise, and every question I had. My enthusiasm re/ the recent purchase of a 2013 BMW X3 has been dampened a bit due probably to a lack of communication during the sales process. Thus far, I am disappointed with my purchase primarily due to the vehicle having a 2.0/4 cyclinder engine. Possibly I was remiss in not asking the right questions about the vehicle. Those questions included the designation emblem on the side of the vehicle, i.e. X28i as well as "does the engine sound like this all of the time". Richmond BMW continues to exceed my expectations! I brought my BMW in to be serviced for a minor issue. Upon notification that the issue was larger than expected, Dmitriy listened to my concerns and addressed them without hesitation. Mike Lane from the service department also went out of his way to make sure my issue was fully rectified. Thanks again guys for your continued provision of quality services! I dread buying cars, and this was the best, most amazing car buying experience I've had in 25 years. Everyone was so helpful, and efficient. It was a one stop shop, and am extremely satisfied with vehicle selection, no haggle atmosphere, straight talk from everyone, and value both for my trade, and new purchase I love my new 328i, and would highly recommend this salesperson, (Rosetta), and this dealership!

I worked with Anton Kulay to buy my X3 and also for some follow up questions. He was always helpful and worked hard to get good results. I'd recommend him to anyone thinking of buying a BMW in Richmond, VA.

We went to the BMW Dealership in search of a used car; however, with Yousaf's help we ended up leaving with a brand new BMW that had all of our needs and wants in it.
