Anton and Dmitriy was very nice and polite gentlemen. They was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend my friends and family to Richmond BMW.

Steve understood that we had already done our research and knew what we wanted. He showed us only relevant cars and expedited the buying process with excellent understanding and service. It made buying our car a very enjoyable experience and by the time we left we felt that all the guys who'd helped us at Crown Auto were good people!

DeAngelo is the perfect combination of laid back and extremely informative. While I was walking around looking at different vehicles he stayed close enough to answer any questions I had, but he gave me enough space so I didn't feel the pressure of a salesman breathing down my neck trying to force me into something. My frequent calls resulted in a informed decision. Mr. Lerner sailed me through the process. I would not describe it as customer service. My experience was more than that.

the service department was swamped, the computers kept crashing, yet Joshua had a great attitude and provided great service. he really is to be commended for keeping his cool, having a good sense of humor, and providing help with a smile.

I had never been to Richmond BMW before but when I called to ask a question Steve Lerner treated me like I was a long time friend. When I walked into the dealership to meet with Steve numerous people welcomed me and they all seemed genuinely friendly. Steve Lerner did everything he could to make the buying experience a good one so if you need a car you won't go wrong with Steve.

After having had a very bad car experience with another dealership, I was skeptical as to whether or not I was going to find a car in my price range that suited my needs, without being tortured. I found a car on www.richmond-bmw.com's website. I purchased a 2011 BMW Z4 sDrive35is Alpine White 2 Door Coupe. Note: This vehicle was previously owned by BMW salesman. I was in for service on my 2009 Mini Cooper that I had purchased new at this dealership. While I was waiting I was in the process of checking out the BMW's in the showroom as I usually do.
