We were very impressed by the friendliness and courtesy with which we were greeted when we visited the dealership. Even although Steve Lerner was busy (as was the rest of the dealership - it was Saturday afternoon), he spent time to explain options to us and showed us cars that we were interested in. There was no pressure selling, just useful advice. Will return to test drive soon.

This is a great team that makes the customer feel welcomed. This is our first BMW and everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed the non-competitive sales environment and we feel that we were treated with respect and fairness.

Steve was extremely patient and informative. I had several special requests and he researched them all thoroughly. Although they had plenty of cars on the lot to sell, he clearly wanted me to be 100% happy by getting me the perfect car for me and I made a special order. We loved that everyone was so willing to help and speak with us at Richmond BMW. Unlike other dealerships, where it feels like you're assigned to one person and no one else can get near you. Steve Lerner is a fabulous salesman. He ordered a BMWX5 Diesel for me and it arrived in 9 days. Steve made sure that I understood how to work all parts of this car, down to downloading CD's for me. This dealership completely dispels the bad raps that car dealers get. Everyone there treated me very well even if they were not involved with my car buying process. Anton Kulay has called me each day since my sale to be sure I am still happy with my vehicle purchase. I feel that they have my back and I am very confident in my purchase.

I bought my first BMW from this dealership about 2 years ago and have been extremely happy with their courteous and great service. They do quality work and have more than met my expectations. We had a great experience! Anton was very knowledgable about his products. He was so easy to talk to about our options when considering which vehicle and options to purchase and a great guide when he was helping us learn about our new car!
